Where we deliver

We deliver to Germany, the EU, the United Kingdom, and the USA. For other countries, feel free to write to us at info@wearakoya.com.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs that apply to your order are shown during checkout before you place your order. All prices include statutory VAT. For deliveries to the United Kingdom and the USA, import duties and customs fees may apply in addition; these are not included in our shipping costs and are charged directly upon receipt of the goods.

Delivery time

Within Germany, delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days from the conclusion of the contract, or from the day after the payment order is issued in case of advance payment. For the rest of the EU and the United Kingdom, expect 5 to 10 business days; for the USA, 7 to 14 business days – depending on local customs clearance. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Our textiles are finished to order. Production time is already included in the delivery times stated above – we only produce what's actually needed, and don't stock anything on spec.

Shipping method

We ship insured with DHL GoGreen Plus. As soon as your order leaves us, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Partial deliveries

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate shipments. This won't result in any additional shipping costs for you.

If something's wrong

Should a delivery be unexpectedly delayed, we'll reach out to you by email without being asked.

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, write to us at info@wearakoya.com – ideally with a photo and your order number. We'll take care of it.
