Withdrawal Notice
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of an order for several goods delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the sample withdrawal form printed below, although this is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from you choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

How to send a return
Send us a short email to info@wearakoya.com and let us know your order number. We'll reply with the return address and everything else you need to know.
Trying items on is explicitly fine – the way you would in a store. Please return the goods in a condition that allows us to resell them.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the amount via the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, the credit may take a few more business days to appear.
Damaged or incorrect goods
If something arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item, please get in touch with a photo at info@wearakoya.com. We'll sort it out at no return cost to you. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
